General visiting hours
We welcome visitors. They improve a patient’s recovery and the communication between patients, families and staff.
Visiting hours at Calvary St Luke’s Hospital are from 11am – 8pm.
In the best interest of your recovery we encourage you to enjoy our hospital quiet time between 1pm – 3pm each afternoon. Visitors may be restricted during this period.
Designated visitors, generally next of kin, are welcome to attend or visit at any time, (following consultation with the Nurse Unit Manager) as it is recognised that they may play a key role in a patient’s care. These designated visitors may help during mealtimes, be present when the doctor visits or stay with the patient outside general visiting hours if needed.
